My name is Fatema Rizwana. I received my MBA from the College of Business and Industry at Mississippi State University and am now in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology PhD program. I work as a Human Resources Director for Nestle Bangladesh, LTD while juggling graduate school. I have many years of experience in HR Management, IR Management, Country HR Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity Focus Management and Organization Restructuring. I am excited to connect with you and answer any questions you may have about Alliant and the programs here!

Advice to first year students: Plan your finances right as graduate school is an investment. And know that California is the only state where can reach the sunny sandy beaches and snow capped moutains in just two hours!
