Life is challenging even on a good day and physical, emotional, financial and mental health are all equally vital to your academic success. We want to make it easy for you to reach out anytime you feel that life’s stresses are getting to be too much. Our Student Assistance Programs are offered by Managed Healthcare Network, Inc. (MHN) a leading behavioral healthcare company.

Need a translator? We speak your language! Free interpretation services are available at MHN in over 170 languages. We can even provide, at no cost, to have an interpreter go with you to doctor or other provider appointments.

Health and Wellness
Our friendly and compassionate staff at MHN are here to provide all the resources you need to ensure that your health and well-being are cared for. Contact us just to talk, or to ask questions and find answers. If needed, we offer referrals to medical and mental health care providers.
Problem Solving Support – Are you facing any of the following challenges?

Work – School: Life Balance and Support
We can help pull it all together by supporting you on 3 important fronts: Life, Financial and Legal.
Life Services – Life can come at you hard when you’re faced with either elder or childcare situations. We can refer you to providers in your area and can even track businesses that run errands or plan events.
Financial Services – Talk to an advisor over the phone about budgeting or credit questions. You can even discuss retirement plans, identity theft concerns, or talk with a certified credit counselor. (Investment advice, loans, and bill payments not included).
Legal Services – Consult with a lawyer over the phone or in person about legal issues such as civil, consumer or criminal law; personal and family law including divorce, custody, adoption, financial and tax matters; real estate and estate planning. (Excluded are: business matters, disputes or actions between members and their college or university, business partners, MHN, Health Net or their affiliates.)
When you call, you can make an appointment that works for you:
- Telephonic consultations – very convenient and private.
- Web-video consultations – convenient and easy, but with a personal touch.
Note: You are entitled to 3 face-to-face sessions or telephonic or web-video consultations for problem-solving support per incident, per calendar year. Separate limits apply for work-life consultations.
