Next steps to get started

1. Save your spot

Sign your Enrollment Agreement via DocuSign This step will confirm your intention of attending the university and allow your Academic Advisor to review your schedule and begin the process of registering you for classes. If you have any questions about your Enrollment Agreement, please contact your Admissions Counselor at admissions@alliant.edu.

2. Review any outstanding requirements with your Admissions Counselor

All outstanding documents are required one week prior to the start of classes. If you are missing prerequisites, official transcripts, or test scores, please complete/submit as soon as possible. Official transcripts should be mailed to our Admissions Processing Center at: 10455 Pomerado RD San Diego, CA 92131. If you are submitting official e-transcripts or test scores, please email to apc@alliant.edu. All other unofficial documents can be uploaded to the Alliant Student Portal.

3. Setup your email and log-in to the Alliant Student Portal

Shortly after confirming your attendance with Alliant, you will receive an email from our IT Department with instructions on how to access your Alliant email and the student portal. If you have any difficulty logging in or do not receive this notification, please contact our HelpDesk at (858) 635-4355 or email HelpDesk@Alliant.edu. Once your Alliant email account is setup, please make sure to check this email regularly for Alliant communications.

6. Attend Mandatory New Student Orientation

Orientation is an event to help support new students transition into our community. Orientation will take place the week prior to classes starting. An email regarding Orientation will be sent to you closer to your start date.

Housing

Alliant International University partners with College Pads to provide students relocating to California and Arizona with vetted nearby housing options. The Alliant Housing Marketplace helps students make safe, informed renting decisions by providing a central place to view property listings from reputable property owners and managers.

The roommate portal provides a safe way to connect with other students looking for a place to live and is secured by your AIU login credentials.

Renter education videos are available to help students better understand the rental process, including training on how to review lease documents. To learn more, visit housing.alliant.edu or contact Admissions at admissions@alliant.edu.
